EDUCON Training & Consultancy Services is a privately owned consulting firm incorporated in INDONESIA. The company, owned 100 percent by Bumiputras, was founded to offer specialist services in the fields of Human Resources Development and Professional Consultancy Expertise.
Since its incorporation in 2005, EDUCON’s strength and capability lie on its ability to utilize and consolidate available local experts and resources and call on the expertise of foreign associates. Thus, EDUCON represents the cumulative experience of its professional staff, who are recognized international experts in planning and executing technical co-operation projects in many countries in the Pacific, Asia and Europe.


POLICY

EDUCON is committed to maintaining the highest possible professional standards in all the work it carries out and is multi-disciplinary in its organisation and basic approach, with a strong problem-solving orientation. Its primary purpose is ‘Knowledge Transfer’ and to provide ‘Professional Consultancy Practice to Governments, State Organisations, NGO’s and private-sector Enterprises.

  • AS A FIRST STEP, we prepare a carefully integrated plan to ensure that a programme or project is completed quickly, efficiently and economically. We therefore listen very cautiously to our clients and work closely with them to match our recommendations to their particular requirements and perceptions.
  • WE ARE NOT ONLY ADVISERS, we also organise, manage and provide institutional capacity building programmes, competency assessment and development training programmes as well as industrial training for clients.
